Effective: June 1, 2025Echo Warrior ("the Game", "we", "our") is developed by Recreation Tech. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play the Game on your Android device, how it is used, and what controls you have.
By installing or playing Echo Warrior, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game.
The Game does not require account registration and does not directly collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.

All game scores and preferences (best score, joystick settings) are stored locally on your device only using Android SharedPreferences and are never transmitted to our servers.

FIREBASE ANALYTICS
Used to understand how players interact with the Game (events like game start, wave complete, skill usage). Data is aggregated and anonymized. Google may use this data consistent with their policies.

GOOGLE ADMOB
We display rewarded video ads via AdMob. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID and related signals to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Android device settings under Privacy → Ads.
GOOGLE UMP (CONSENT SDK)
We use the Google User Messaging Platform to collect your consent for personalized advertising where required by law (e.g., GDPR in the EU/EEA, CCPA in California). Your consent choice is stored on-device and sent to Google.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party outside of the services listed above.
Echo Warrior shows rewarded ads (you watch a video to earn an in-game revive). These ads are served by Google AdMob.

Non-personalized ads may still be shown based on contextual signals (e.g., app category) rather than your profile.
Echo Warrior is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the Game, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We do not operate our own servers storing your personal data. Data collected by Firebase and AdMob is retained according to Google's own data retention policies.
Local data (scores, settings) remains on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear the app data.
Google employs industry-standard security measures to protect data processed through their services.
